The latest talent to be quietly removed from the roster page on the TNA website is wrestling/MMA multitasker Bobby Lashley.
Lashley, who recently took his MMA record to 5-0 by defeating Wes Sims at his Strikeforce debut, has made it clear in interviews that he feels he has the time to pursue both MMA and wrestling.
Hulk Hogan on the other hand did not appear to agree, telling Paul Gross of Sports Illustrated that he and Lashley would need to have ‘a serious talk’; “You can’t put [Strikeforce] ahead of us,” Hogan reportedly said. “That’s not going to work me. I’m going to fix that real quick.”
Whether this has any bearing on Lashley being removed from the TNA roster page is up for speculation, however the recent similar removal of Scott Steiner foresaw Steiner parting ways with the company.
