Chavo Guerrero was injured while working his match for this week’s WWE Superstars that will air on Thursday.
Guerrero suffered a cut over his left eye that required medical attention in the back after the match.
“Had to have 6 stitches to close this one from my Superstars match tonight,” Guerrero wrote on Twitter. “See how much I love u guys!”
In addition to working a match on Superstars, the long-tenured WWE veteran was involved in a backstage segment with Cheech and Chong on Monday Night Raw (full results).
