TNA Wrestling fans held their collective breaths this weekend as news of the death of Dixie Carter spread throughout the Internet.
The good news for them is that the leader of the WWE alternative is alive and well. The bad news is that another Dixie is dead.
Actress Dixie Carter passed away Saturday morning at the age of 70.
She is best known for her role on “Designing Women” and her marriage to actor Hal Holbrook.
Her cause of death was not disclosed.
