ECW Champion Christian, whose status is all but settled with the demise of the brand, made an appearance on WWE Monday Night Raw this week.
He announced that every superstar in ECW will become a free agent once the show is replaced by WWE NXT. He also announced they are free to sign with whatever brand they wanted to.
Further, he said that he wanted to test the waters of Raw and challenged Sheamus to a match.
Christian checked with the show’s guest host, NASCAR driver Carl Edwards, who granted him the match and immediately called for a referee.
