Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson spoke earlier this week about his return to WWE. In an interview with Boston radio station Mix 104, Johnson spoke answered a few questions, including that he does expect to make his return sometime this summer.
Johnson added that he doesn’t have any intention on wrestling a match and that he planned on coming back in a different fashion than that of Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan.
Johnson hinted that he may have a semi-permanent role as guest host:
“I do have intention of going back and hosting the show. Hosting a show like that would give me the opportunity to get on the microphone, rip open the writing, and invite guests on to come host with me. We wanted to create something cool and big and fun for the audience.”
