Shawn Michaels cornered Smackdown GM Teddy Long on Monday’s WWE Raw and asked him to trade him to Smackdown.
Michaels said that he didn’t care about DX and hatched a scheme for Long to put him in the Elimination Chamber match so that he could earn a shot to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania.
Long said that he couldn’t do it and that the participants in the match were set in stone.
He got a bit more aggressive with the Smackdown leader at the point which prompted Triple H to break it up. He tried to calm HBK down, but it didn’t work.
After saying that his career was over, Michaels hit Long with Sweet Chin Music and walked away.
This segment came shortly after DX lost their tag team titles to The Miz and Big Show.
