When Hulk Hogan called Rob Van Dam earlier this week, he maybe didn’t expect to end up on the radio. But that didn’t keep Hulk from his apparent mission – trying to bring RVD to TNA.
As a call-in on the radio show Hogan made his pitch to Van Dam, saying that TNA had some serious momentum and could really be helped by RVD coming aboard.
For his part Van Dam admitted to being ‘curious’. He asked about the prospect of the show moving to Monday nights and gave his approval of the 4-sided ring before suggesting he and Hogan talk further off air.
RVD has been the subject of conflicting reports in recent weeks over whether he will rejoin WWE or move to TNA, or if he will return to the big stage at all. It’s thought that the main stumbling block between him and WWE is Van Dam’s rejection of that company’s usual travel schedule.
Recently, Van Dam was reportedly ‘locked out’ of his WWE Universe online account, possibly because they thought he was signing with TNA.
