Maryse defeated Gail Kim in the opening match of Monday’s Raw to become the new WWE Diva’s Champion.
The pair were supposed to face off at Sunday’s Elimination Chamber pay per view in the finals of the Diva’s tournament, but were instead paired together in a tag match.
Gail Kim got a little banged up in the title match and was bleeding from the mouth.
No word yet on who the new champion will face in her first title defense.
In other WWE Divas news, topless photos of Savannah recently surfaced on the Internet. She got nude for a movie she shot before joining WWE and the still have popped up online.
