In a not entirely unexpected move, a Massachusetts trial court has dismissed charges against WWE star Randy Orton related to an alleged altercation with a teenage fan earlier this year.
The fan accused Orton of spitting gum in his face and calling him names outside the Kowloon restaurant in Boston on the 8th of January, filing a complaint of January 13th. Orton denied the charge, and was later supported by an eye witness.
According to a court document acquired by TMZ, no probable cause was found to formally charge Orton with a crime.
