Ric Flair
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair was hospitalized on Monday after being assaulted by his wife late Sunday night according to WTVD-TV in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
Police reports initially indicated that Flair refused medical treatment and only suffered minor injuries.
It is unclear as to whether Flair checked himself into the hospital, but he was not transported by ambulance.
No weapons were used in the attack, which was classified as a simple assault.
Flair and his wife, Jacqueline Beems, got into an argument after returning to dinner which escalated into a case of assault. They have been married only three months.
