Rob Van Dam
Former ECW and WWE Champion Rob Van Dam has signed with TNA Wrestling.
The announcement was made (actually eluded to) by Hulk Hogan during an appearance on the The Jim Kerr Rock & Roll Morning Show on Thursday morning.
During the interview, which you can view below, Hogan did Van Dam’s signature thumb points when talking about new guys that just signed with the company.
He never mentioned him by name, but Jimmy Hart, who was also present for the interview, got very excited.
Van Dam has previously stated that he does not want to return to the hectic travel schedule of WWE.
No word yet on when his debut with the company will be, but it wouldn’t be surprising if he showed up on Monday night when Impact makes its move to go head-to-head with WWE Monday Night Raw.
