There are strong rumblings that Rob Van Dam will make his TNA Impact debut against one of wrestling’s biggest stars ever.
RVD will likely face Sting on Monday’s Impact that kicks off their war against WWE.
After turning heel earlier in the night, TNA President Dixie Carter announced that she was putting “The Icon” in a match against an undisclosed opponent.
As Impact was going to break shortly before 10 p.m. they did a cutaway showing Sting backstage.
Taz then asked Mike Tenay where he was at 4:20 this afternoon, which is a big hint for RVD.
UPDATE: It was indeed RVD that would face Sting.
