Dixie Carter
TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter has responded to the insults hurled at her company from WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.
In an interview that was published Thursday McMahon fired his first public shots at the wrestling promotion whom he refuses to even acknowledge as competition.
“When (TNA Wrestling) moved to Monday nights they threw the kitchen sink at us and only did a fraction of our audience,” the 64-year-old WWE leader said. “It doesn’t speak well for the type of product they’re trying to present with the tawdry, blood-soaked action. I don’t think that’s what the culture wants these days.”
Late Thursday night Carter responded semi-whimsically on her Twitter account.
“To be called tawdry from the King of Tawdry, that is some compliment!!” she wrote.

TNA IS BETTER WRESTLING
IT WILL TAKE A WHILE TO CATCH UP ON MONDAY NIGHT.
i THINK they really need a good story to get people more interested. given that I like TNA because they actually HAVE TAG TEAM WRESTLERS and they don’t just partner anybody up like WWE does. So thats my 2 cents on that.
