TNA Receives Legal Letters from DG:USA

Dragon Gate USA is said to be threatening legal action against TNA Wrestling and tag-team The Young Bucks/Generation Me.

PWInsider reports that DG:USA is unhappy with TNA’s decision to pull the wrestlers from their previously scheduled Dragon Gate events over the Wrestlemania weekend. Legal letters reportedly received by the parties claims that The Bucks already had a “verbal contract” with DG:USA that TNA had no right to alter.

DG:USA has already been advertising The Bucks for the Phoenix event, and booker Gabe Sapolsky feels the core issue is that the talent keep their committments, and that DG:USA not set a precedent for advertising what they don’t deliver.

It’s also rumoured that the promotion will legally pursue Davey Richards, recently signed with ROH, on the same basis.
