TNA Wrestling is teasing that there will be a surprise on tonight’s live broadcast of Impact.
Per Eric Bischoff there will be a “nice surprise” on the show, but didn’t elaborate.
There had been talk of a former World champion stepping up to challenge AJ Styles.
However, no names have been confirmed.
Tonight could be TNA’s best chance to gain ratings traction on WWE for the foreseeable future. The WWE Raw brand talents are stranded in Europe and the Smackdown wrestlers will instead run the show.
