The release of Mickie James prompted an overzealous WWE fan to make death threats against World Wrestling Entertainment employees.

22-year-old Zavr Peygumbari of Brooklyn, NY allegedly called WWE Headquarters over 20 times between April 24 and April 27, threatening to blow up the building and visit the offices with a machete and machine gun, because of James’ release according to Jeff Morganteen of the Connecticut Post.

Police arrested Peygumbari last Friday and held him on $250,000 bond over the weekend. The bond was lowered to $5,000 he was arraigned on Monday.

Judge William Wenzel barred Peygumbari from attending WWE events and ordered him not to contact WWE employees or go near the company’s headquarters.

Prior to the arrest, Peygumbari was already known as a mentally disturbed person to the New York City Police Department.

He is due back in court on May 25.
