WWE was late getting an email marketing blast out its database to remind them to watch Tuesday night’s debut of WWE NXT on Syfy.
The show, which aired at 10 p.m. and wrapped up around 11 p.m., had been off the air for over an hour by the time WWE got around to sending out their email.
In Internet terminology that is what is known as a FAIL.
A screenshot of the email we received can be found below highlighting said fail.
Not knocking WWE here as their database is probably rather large and it could take time to blast all of those emails. The problem is this could not have happened at a worse time.
We managed to catch the show even without the email. Check out our thoughts on the debut.

Sounds like your receiving email server was slow. I managed to get mine yesterday morning. That occasionally does happen with mass email marketing, so it’s not a fail. That’s just the way email works.
