John Cena
John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes in the first WWE Elimination Chamber qualifying match on Monday’s Raw.
The win came cleanly and did not feature outside interference from Randy Orton or Ted DiBiase despite their friction at Sunday’s Royal Rumble.
Rhodes managed to get in some offense, but eventually succumb to Cena’s Attitude Adjustment.
Cena and current WWE Champion Sheamus are the first two men entered in the match. Four spots remain open in the title match.
Earlier in the night Edge returned to WWE Raw and said that he would not decide on who he will face at WrestleMania until after the next pay per view. However, it looks like he’ll go after the WWE Championship on the Raw brand.
