WWE taped this week’s edition of Smackdown at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
Here is a look at the spoilers.
The show opens with Rey Mysterio in the ring calling out CM Punk for his actions against his family last week. Punk answers the call, puts down Mysterio some more. Mysterio, in turn, challenges Punk to a street fight at WrestleMania. Punk accepts and adds that Rey must join the Straight Edge Society if he loses. Also announced is that Rey will face Luke Gallows on the show tonight.
In tag team action, Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger def. MVP and Matt Hardy.
Beth Phoenix and Tiffany def. Michelle McCool and Layla. A match between Vickie Guerrero and Beth is set up for next week.
Edge hosted Chris Jericho on a segment of the Cutting Edge. Jericho brought Wade Barrett out with him. The segment ended with Edge spearing Barrett and Jericho hitting the Codebreaker on The Rated R Superstar.
John Morrison and R-Truth def. The Hart Dynasty.
Luke Gallows def. Rey Mysterio thanks to interference from Serena. Post match, Mysterio got his revenge on Gallows.
The Undertaker def. Drew McIntyre in the main event. After the match Shawn Michaels hit Sweet Chin Music on the dead man.
