Greg Helms
As we first reported earlier, a fight led to the arrests of WWE stars Chris Jericho and Gregory “Hurricane” Helms. However, assault charges are not being pressed against the two… yet.
TMZ is reporting that Helms was the aggressor in the drunken incident that led to their arrests. He allegedly struck three people he was riding with in a taxi, including Jericho and a female passenger.
Witnesses then told police that Helms fled from the scene on foot, but returned to the gas station where he and Jericho were arrested for public intoxication.
The woman in the case, identified as Ashley Storer, who was allegedly stuck does not wish to press charges at this time.
The other male passenger, identified as Gary Kelley, is considering pressing charges, but has not made up his mind as of yet.
