A video package of the Jeff Hardy vs. CM Punk match from last week is shown to open the show.
- Our Hosts are Jim Ross & Todd Grisham
- CM Punk enters the arena to Jeff Hardy’s entrance music. He is in full Hardy gear (including face paint) the crowd pops HUGE, until they find out that it is Punk and not Jeff Hardy.
- Punk asks the crowd if they were expecting someone else. He tells the crowd that this is the last time that they will see a trace of Jeff hardy on Smackdown. Punk says that now that Jeff is gone they can start to see that CM Punk’s way is right and can begin to follow him and learn the right way. He says that he is here to stay and he should be followed. He says that the Undertakers is a legend, but he isn’t a constant. He then challenges the Undertaker to test him. The Undertaker doesn’t respond so Punk persists with taunting him.
- Matt Hardy enters the arena and charges the ring. The two men begin to battle and officials come from the back to break it up.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- CM Punk runs to Teddy Long and complains about Matt Hardy. Teddy says that they should settle it in a non-title match later on tonight.
Match # 1 – The Great Khali & Finlay vs. Mike Knox and Kane
- Finlay and Knox start off. Both exchange punches and Knox capitalizes with a powerslam. Kane tags in and dominates Finlay.
Finlay manages to tag out to Khali and Khali takes control. Finlay tags in and Kane takes control and locks Finlay in an armbar. Kane tags Knox and Knox takes over the domination. Finlay counters with a cross body. Kane regains control and gets a near fall on Finlay. Knox tags in and Finlay takes control. Kane slides outside and attacks Rajhin Singh. Khali gets involved and the referee gets distracted.
Finlay takes his shillelagh and hits Knox with it. Finlay goes for the cover.
Winners: The Great Khali & Finlay
- Backstage Vince McMahon walks into Teddy Longs office and comments about the match between Hardy and Punk last week and tells Teddy that it was good work. He also praises Punk vs. Undertaker at Breaking point. Comical banter then ensues about McMahon’s Pink sports coat.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A bickering battle broke out between Eve, Melina, Michelle McCool, and Maria.
Match #2 Intercontinental Championship Match: Champion Rey Mysterio vs. John Morrison
- Both men make their entrances.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Both men lock up and try numerous tests of strength moves on each other. Rey capitalizes with a rollup and a near fall. Many fast paced rollups and near falls ensue.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- We return as Rey catches Morrison and both men get tossed outside. A near count out ensues and both men get back in the ring at the knick of time. Both men exchange control in a fast paced manner. Rey takes control and begins to punish Morrison with leg drops and a sleeper hold. Morrison counters and tries to cover Rey for a two count.
Morrison hit’s a Standing Shooting Star Press and gets a two count.
Morrison throws Rey outside and then throws him back in. Morrison maintains control and then Rey rebounds. Morrison and Rey collide in a double body splash.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Morrison has Rey in a scissors submission hold and Rey powers out.
Morrison his Rey with a kneed to the face for a near fall. Fey hits Morrison with a spring board splash and lays out Morrison. Morrison hits Rey with a dropkick. Rey hits Morrison with a 619 and then tries for a splash which Morrison counters. Morrison Hits Starship Pain and goes for the cover.
Winner: New Intercontinental Champion John Morrison

Match #3 - R-Truth vs.???
- The Match never starts as Drew McIntyre attacks R-Truth and grabs the microphone. He says that he attacked R-Truth last week because he wanted to make a statement. He says that he attacked R-Truth last week and unfairly did not have a match on the show. He says that he will continue doing this every week until he gets noticed.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Match #4 – Maria & Eve vs Natalya & Layla
- A lot of fast paced back and for ensues between Maria and Natalya.
The action goes outside with Maria getting a running clothesline from Natalya. Layla tags in and takes control. Natalya tags back in and hits a snap suplex. Layla tags in and so does Eve. Eve takes control and hits Layla with a cartwheel back flip for the pin.
Winners: Maria & Eve
- Backstage, Josh Matthews is with Matt Hardy. He says that CM Punk should be worries about the Undertaker, but he should also be worried about him, because he intends to take from Punk what Punk took from his brother, his career.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Match #5 – CM Punk vs. Matt Hardy
- The Match starts with Punk trying to run away. He then gets back in the ring and Hardy takes control. Punk goes outside and Hardy chases him. Hardy gets Punk in a chin lock. Punk escapes and exchanges blows with Hardy. Hardy hits a Suplex on Punk. Punk counters another Suplex and throws Hardy outside the ring.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Punk is in control as he attempts a pin. Punk hits a series of kicks to Hardy’s abdominals. He locks Hardy in a abdominal leg hold. Hardy powers out, but Punk retains control continuing to punish hardy’s abdomen. Punk misses shot at Hardy and hits the turnbuckle. Hardy capitalizes and hits a leg drop on Punk. Punk hits Hardy with a kick.
Hardy counters with a Side-Effect and gets a two count. The two men take the match outside, and Punk nails Hardy with a steel chair.
- The lights go out and we hear the Undertakers gong. The Undertaker appears and Choke slams Punk through the announce table. The show closes with The Undertaker standing over Punk.
